DTA to get new SIAM category

The Digital Transformation Agency plans to add a new category to the Digital Marketplace digital services procurement portal to cover the supply of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) capabilities.

The new category will allow agency buyers using the platform to procure services in support of resourcing and managing the operations of large, complex, multisourced ICT communications, infrastructure and enterprise system-related services

The new SIAM category of the Digital Marketplace will be open to sellers for application from December 2020.

In support of the launch of the new category, the DTA has released a discussion paper and request for information on the new category for the whole-of-government panels.

Meanwhile the DTA is also seeking industry feedback on the proposed statement of requirements for sellers, including the technical requirements.

The agency's request for information closes on 2 November.
