EDTX event to focus on emerging tech
Technologies like intelligent automation, quantum and edge computing are inspiring digital transformations and new work models, improving customer experience and introducing opportunities for government and industry to improve the way they serve the community.
While this shift has redefined the post-pandemic work environment and delivered improvements in agility and adaptability, there is still opportunity to better meet and anticipate community expectation.
The Emerging & Disruptive Technology Expo (EDTX) will connect government, defence, industry and academia with emerging technology providers to help build a better future for Australia.
Being held 27 June 2024 in Canberra and supported by Meikai, EDTX will bring together 500 government officials and leading technology and innovation professionals from supporting industries for a packed day of demos, keynotes and networking, along with a showcase of the latest in emerging technology — all under one roof.
“Leaders in government are rethinking future plans including what to innovate, which technologies provide an advantage to their organisation and the community, and the partnerships they need to forge to meet future mission challenges,” said Tim Rusbridge, event organiser.
“EDTX has been designed to fast-track those conversations and accelerate innovation and transformation.”
