Lumify Group launches e-learning division

Digital skills training company Lumify Group has announced the launch of its Digital Solutions offering as a standalone business division.

Lumify Group said it has always offered learners an interactive educational experience through its instructor-led training solutions, but in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the need for adaptive and comprehensive training solutions has led the company to create a Digital Solutions team to develop bespoke e-learning programs for clients.

The company said the new business will provide comprehensive, flexible and scalable solutions with four core offerings:

  • Blended learning programs: A hybrid of online and traditional instruction, integrating instructor-led training with e-learning. This model ensures learners benefit from personalised guidance and real-time interaction with experienced instructors, while enjoying the flexibility and accessibility of online modules.
  • Custom e-learning development: Leveraging technology to ensure that content is engaging, interactive and aligned with clients’ learning objectives.
  • Self-paced courses: Designed to empower individuals to learn at their convenience to support both personal and professional development, and allowing organisations to efficiently upskill their workforce, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Learning management systems: Provided as a SaaS solution and integrating content management, assessment tools and interactive features to deliver targeted training programs.

Integration of AI and advanced technologies is reshaping work environments, emphasising the importance of digital skills. The World Economic Forum predicts 50% of employees will need reskilling by 2025 as the adoption of technology increases. Learning and Development departments are adopting flexible strategies and microlearning programs to equip employees with essential skills and knowledge. Short, targeted bursts help staff integrate learning into their daily routines without overwhelming them. LinkedIn’s Workplace Learning Report shows 94% of employees would stay longer if their employer invested in their development.

“Our goal is to provide clients with flexible and scalable digital training solutions,” said Luci Setoue, General Manager of Digital Solutions. “We are focused on using cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.”

Jon Lang, CEO of Lumify Group, emphasised that focusing on Digital Solutions represents its potential as a complementary market with significant growth opportunities for Lumify’s overall business.

“This expansion aligns with our commitment to our core instructor-led training offering. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to leveraging our expertise to deliver unparalleled digital experiences to our clients.”
