INTERVIEW: Kate Foy, NSW Telco Authority
At the NSW Government Digital Marketplace event in September, Kate Foy, Managing Director of the NSW Telco Authority, gave a fascinating insight into the Authority’s efforts to build a culture that stimulates and encourages the best from its staff, and how she aims to extend that culture to relationships with external vendors to develop a positive, synergistic environment.
Foy joined the NSW Telco Authority as Managing Director in June 2016. She has had more than 17 years’ experience in the NSW public sector, holding senior executive roles in Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources, the Premier’s Department and Transport. She has led major transformational programs in service design and program delivery, most recently driving improvements for customers in the delivery of transport services in NSW.
